Al-z8
A regulator that can supply the entire operation. We manufacture the Al-z8 for demanding companies – from medium-sized factories to large restaurants and hotels. Thanks to the output of up to 120 m³ of gas per hour and double safety protection, your operation will run reliably even at low pressure in the network, when other regulators fail.
Minimum flow rate: type A 30 m³/h, type B 60 m³ (Pv min)

Safety
The safety elements are separate: if something goes wrong in one part, the other safety systems still work.
Built-in safety valve: detects a drop in pressure after a sudden increase in pressure
Safety shut-off: stops the gas supply when the pressure drops or rises above the permitted limit
Permanent closure: in the event of a serious fault, the regulator closes permanently and does not affect the control section
Materials and construction
All parts are made of durable materials that are not damaged by gas. The main body is made of gray cast iron, the other parts are made of aluminum alloy
Has a built-in strainer that catches debris from the pipes
You can mount it in 4 different positions: depending on the direction of gas flow – top to bottom, bottom to top, horizontally from the right or left.

Recommendation
When entering, do not forget to specify: inlet pressure, outlet pressure and flow rate, for example: Pv 0.3 MPa, Pr 5 kPa and required flow rate 90 m³/h
Same dimensions as Alz-6U regulators: in flanged design, they are easy to replace without modification
Correct position: the diaphragm plane must be horizontal, the springs at the top
We recommend sealing materials according to DIN EN 751-1,2,3

For atypical adjustments (AX and BX versions), the output overpressure can be set according to customer requirements.
These parameters are guaranteed on the manufacturer's testing equipment, which meets the requirements of the state testing laboratory, ČSN EN 12279 and TDG 60903.
