Safety
Safety elements are separated: if something goes wrong in one part, the other safety systems still work
Built-in safety valve: detects a drop in pressure after a sudden increase in pressure
Safety shut-off: stops the gas supply when the pressure drops or rises above the permitted limit
Permanent closure: in the event of a serious fault, the regulator closes permanently and does not affect the control section
Materials and construction
All parts are made of durable materials that are not damaged by gas. The main body is made of gray cast iron, the other parts are made of aluminum alloy
Has a built-in strainer that catches debris from the pipes
You can mount it in 4 different positions: according to the direction of gas flow – top to bottom, bottom to top, horizontally from the right or left
Flange connection: no pipe cutting during installation or service
Easy installation and maintenance
It is reliable even at very low pressure: from 0.02 MPa at 15 m³/h (if 0.02 is required, it must be adjusted to the desired output)
Rotates 360°: fits into tight spaces
Refurbishable: it can be disassembled and only the damaged part can be repaired. You don't have to buy a new product
5-year warranty, stores and installations in 260 locations across the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Recommendation
When entering, do not forget to specify: inlet pressure, outlet pressure and flow rate, for example: Pv 0.3 MPa, Pr 5 kPa and required flow rate 90 m³/h
Same dimensions as Alz-6U regulators: in flanged design, they are easy to replace without modification
Correct position: the diaphragm plane must be horizontal, the springs at the top
We recommend sealing materials according to DIN EN 751-1,2,3

Pressure regulator
Al-z8-Pr
The ideal regulator for frequent servicing or modernisation of older installations. With a capacity of up to 120 m³ of gas per hour, double safety protection and flange connection, operation always runs smoothly – even at low network pressure. The regulator is suitable as a replacement for the Alz-6U type.
Minimum flow rate: type A 30 m³/h, type B 60 m³ (Pv min)
Maximum flow rate: type A 90 m³/h, type B 120 m³ (type B)
Adjustable output pressure: AX/BX
Has a sampling point for checking the outlet pressure

For atypical adjustments (AX and BX versions), the output overpressure can be set according to customer requirements.
These parameters are guaranteed on the manufacturer's testing equipment, which meets the requirements of the state testing laboratory, ČSN EN 12279 and TDG 60903.
