Materials and construction
All parts are made of durable materials that are not damaged by gas. The main bodies are made of gray cast iron, other parts are made of aluminum alloy. Parts susceptible to corrosion are painted.
Each regulator has a built-in strainer that captures debris from the pipes
Flange connection: quick installation without complicated pipe modifications
Parallel connection: equal load distribution between both controllers
Easy installation and maintenance
The actual flow rate is 15–20% lower than the sum of both regulators (influence of fittings and transitions)
Different variants for inlet pressures: A (0.05–0.2 MPa), B (0.2–0.4 MPa), AX/BX (adjustable outlet pressure)
Refurbishable: only the damaged part can be disassembled and repaired. You don't have to buy a new product
Serviceability during operation: when you disconnect one controller, the other one continues to operate
5-year warranty, stores and installations in 260 locations across the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Recommendation
When entering, do not forget to specify: inlet pressure, outlet pressure and flow rate, for example: Pv 0.3 MPa, Pr 5 kPa and required flow rate 90 m³/h
Same dimensions as Alz-6U regulators: in flanged design, they are easy to replace without modification
Correct position: the diaphragm plane must be horizontal, the springs at the top
We recommend sealing materials according to DIN EN 751-1,2,3
Pressure regulator
SS2 Al-z8
Double regulator set for operations where even one failure means big losses. Large production plants, industrial complexes and energy facilities need extremely high gas flow. With the SS2 Al-z8 set you can achieve a flow of up to 190 m³ of gas per hour. And if one of the regulators fails, the other one will ensure smooth operation.

For atypical adjustments (AX and BX versions), the output overpressure can be set according to customer requirements.
These parameters are guaranteed on the manufacturer's testing equipment, which meets the requirements of the state testing laboratory, ČSN EN 12279 and TDG 60903.
