Do you need a higher gas flow rate but don't want to invest in expensive solutions? The SS2 Alz-6U regulator is an alternative to powerful pressure control systems. The dual set achieves a flow rate of up to 240 m³ of gas per hour. And when one regulator needs service, the other one continues to function.

Safety

Built-in safety valve: detects a drop in pressure after a sudden increase
Independent safety systems: each regulator has its own safety valve and safety lock
Permanent closure: in the event of a serious fault, the regulators close permanently

Materials and construction

All parts are made of durable materials that are not damaged by gas. The main bodies are made of gray cast iron, the other parts are made of aluminum alloy
Each regulator has a built-in strainer that captures debris from the pipes
Flange connection: quick installation without complicated pipe modifications

Easy installation and maintenance

The actual flow rate is 15–20% lower than the sum of both regulators (influence of fittings and transitions)
Three variants for different inlet pressures: AB, BD, CE cover the range 0.05–0.4 MPa
Refurbishable: only the damaged part can be disassembled and repaired. You don't have to buy a new product
Serviceability during operation: when you disconnect one controller, the other one continues to operate
5-year warranty, stores and installations in 260 locations across the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Recommendation

Correct position: the diaphragm plane must be horizontal, the springs at the top
We recommend sealing materials according to DIN EN 751-1,2,3
